5. Shipping & Delivery

• Once an order is marked as delivered, Purbica is not responsible for loss or damage unless reported instantly upon receipt.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery (for COD orders).

• Customers must check the product immediately upon delivery and return it instantly if any issue is found.

• Once accepted, returns are no longer valid.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed only for prepaid orders canceled by Purbica or in case of double payment.
