For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must check the product instantly upon delivery before making the payment.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent.
Once payment is made and the product is accepted, no further return requests will be entertained.
To ensure product hygiene and authenticity:

Once these products are unsealed or tampered with, the return policy becomes void.

If you find a valid issue during delivery:
Notify the delivery person immediately.
Do not accept the parcel.

The product will be taken back instantly and reported to our support team.
After a customer has accepted the delivery:
No return or refund will be applicable.
